SECTION 1 - YOUR CONTACT INFO
All billing & shipping fields must be in ENGLISH and not use any special characters. If you don't convert your order to use Latin letters only, English preferred, your shipment may not arrive and the Store will not be liable for lost/return packages.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped via USPS, however, these shipments may be consolidated through another carrier like DHL or UPS. If your order requires special care, your carrier and method may change, typically at our expense, otherwise a partial refund will be given.
SECTION 3 - TRACKING INFO
All orders will ship with a door-to-door tracking # and will be attached to your order and sent to you via your preferred notification preference. If your order split-ships, you will receive multiple tracking #s.
SECTION 4 - APPAREL ITEMS & SPLIT SHIPPING
For apparel items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process, handle and ship your order. If you are ordering with non-apparel items (toys, accessories, etc.) your order may ship separately. If your order ships separately, you will receive multiple shipping notices and tracking #s.
SECTION 5 - INTL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
There may be additional import duties and taxes when shipping internationally. Check with your local carrier to determine how much these duties and taxes will be. The Store has no control over these fees.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING GUARANTEES
The Store does not guarantee any shipment dates. We ONLY offer a Standard and Expedited service with door-to-door tracking.
